With conventional roll brushes, if only a part of the brush wore out, the entire brush had to be replaced. The Logis Black System is standardized in 100mm brush width increments, and is a system that can be used by connecting the desired size to the shaft. The product can be easily assembled and disassembled by the customer, and parts can be replaced.
Brushes can be replaced only on worn parts, allowing long-term use.
There is no need to send used brushes back to the manufacturer to rewind them, reducing packaging and transportation costs.
Since this is a standard product, you can check the hardness of the bristles (hair stiffness) with an actual brush before purchasing.

Please make the shaft diameter minus 0.1mm from the hole diameter (di). Do not tighten the zigzag collar set bolts with excessive force.
Do not install by welding. Please do not pull it forcibly.
Do not press the brush more than necessary. Do not use in locations where the temperature exceeds the operating temperature.
Please do not use it in places where it can easily get caught.
If the flocking table expands due to moisture, or is subjected to vibration or strong load, the zigzag collar may come loose. In such cases, we recommend installing a commercially available set collar on the outside of the zigzag collar. Please contact us for more information.
