Returns Policy

Basically, we do not accept returns and exchanges based on your reasons.

If the delivered items were defective or if it was not the item you ordered, please let us know within 10days of receiving. Every inquiry must be sent by e-mail to contact globalsales@trusco.co.jp          .

 

Refund Policy

“KITAL” will refund the customer within 10 days＊ after having received the returned items. The refund will be proceed on the same account that was used for the purchase.

＊except holidays in January, May and August

  We will inform our holidays on this website.

 

Cancel Policy

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact with us within 30 minutes since you place an order via e-mail : globalsales@trusco.co.jp .
