Cannot be applied to cloth walls, sand walls, brick walls, ceilings, areas exposed to water such as bathrooms, walls with open flames such as around stoves, or outdoors.
It may not adhere well to some sand-like vinyl wall paper with a rough surface, or wall paper with a special surface treatment that prevents cellophane tape from adhering.
