Can be mixed colors.
Using fluorescent colors will give your work a sharper, more vibrant look.
(Note) Fluorescent colors are transparent, so please use them on light-colored skin.
The color will sink to dark skin and will not develop.
If you want to apply a fluorescent color to a dark base, please apply it after applying white to the base.
